1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds can be requested within 3 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a refund, the user must provide evidence of a legitimate problem with the functionality of the template.
2. Conditions for Refund:
Refunds will be evaluated if technical problems or failures that hinder access to key features of the program continue for more than a reasonable timeframe, which should not exceed 3 days.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or improper use of the program.
3. How to Requesting a Refund:

4. Decision and Processing:
Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 7 days from the date of request.
Approved refunds (20% of price) will be processed through the original payment method or another one if we faced any problem.
